They are solid state LED bulbs and come as pairs. Plug and play and adapter ring comes off for easy install as easy as OEM bulbs. They have a passive cooling system that dissipates heat efficiently putting them above others on the market because there are no moving parts. The bulbs works on a 12 Volt system at 1.5 AMPs per bulb whereas stock bulbs draw 4-5 AMPs per bulb.
